@nfg-long It could be getting a little late for the shorts to exit. If NFG gets good results from Seismic drilling, it's game over for them. C.K. and E.S are building a monster exploration company. 4 about 8 hours ago
@benedict Look at K2 (and sidekick Monte Carlo) vs Keats West (and sidekick Cokes) - Keats West certainly has some higher grade - but on a tug of war - I lean to the right - ie NE 0 about 7 hours ago
@benedict When you look at the news releases on Keats West (and most of the releases) the scale is 100m - whereas when you look at K2 - the scale is 200m - so at first glance - K2 looks smaller than Keats West - I don't know why they did that (oversight?) 1 about 7 hours ago
@nfg-long Hey guys, for once Aardvark/EK is right.no two systems are the same, that is what separates NFG from the lesser discoveries. New Found Gold has made a unique world class discovery, unrivaled by any other junior miner. NFG's having discovered 18 different zones is truly remarkable and who knows what the Seismic targeting will soon find. It's too bad that Aardvark/EK are so confused and unable to comprehend the enormity of NFG's world class discovery. It is truly unique. 4 about 7 hours ago
@goozar QH is just a promoter from the Canadian vampire swamp. He once was Super GEO in spe, now he talks the books of some sub par money peddlers. His credibility sure is in the dumpster. Wanna get laid? Sure buy the shares they‘re touting. „Remember, remember, the 5th of november, NOVO treason and plot. There is no reason why NOVO treason should ever be forgot“ 2 about 7 hours ago
@indianaprospector @alwil106 Comparing Snowline to Fort Knox cost, I was wondering how the annual weather differs. Fort Knox is 45 km from Fairbanks. Yukon weather might be much worse? I am not sure. 0 about 7 hours ago
@ataloss1 @aardvark. You are correct sir. Only let the proven drill results guide your investments according to risk tolerance based on (proven results and funds available) This being true then I assume you have invested here the entirety of your capitol available to this level of risk. Glad to have you aboard on the long side and all in. This must be the case because the drills have shown the this to be the best junior minor by a very wide margin. 3 about 6 hours ago
@ataloss1 I Like the above assessments of other resources. The input costs for extensive infrastructure in remote locations and the inflationary projections to actually mine years out can be so risky a mine is never constructed. Anyone remember the entire diamond distric hype in northern Canada? What a disappointment that was. It wiped out many. NFG is about to show the fruits of seismic data using drilled core from predicted targets and predicted grains. If the predictions match the core then we have a provable resource within 6 months from now. Weather or not a major will admit it publicly or not is yet to be seen, but you can be dam sure the low ball bids in private will be based on those results. NFG is the best there is in north America period.. 3 about 5 hours ago
@ataloss1 @aardvark i know you weren't here in the beginning so you are excused. But do you have any idea the amount of bashing NFG took for having the holes too close together??? This was precisely because of the experience the team brought from fostervile for this type of deposit. Then there was the all the "core smear" bull crap, look dude close your short or get burned. I got this information from actually being here and not some "experienced minor" you spoke with. "Check it out" bro 4 about 5 hours ago
@nfg-long It is amazing how Aardvark/EK with his bizarre posting, continues to show his lack of knowledge regarding mineral exploration companies. New Found Gold is in the process of de-risking their project. With very little intelligence, it's easy to understand the fact that New Found Gold has made huge progress towards de-risking their project. If the Seismic drilling program assists them in finding more zones, particularly deep source zones, IMO NFG will be at near 100% de-risked. At that point, probably in the near future, NFG will be able to decide their next step. My guess would be allowing something in the neighborhood of a 20% buy-in from a major mining company. Before that happens, a Spinco of Q.S. or another portion of NFG's massive property would not surprise me. 5 about 5 hours ago
@ataloss1 The shorts can pile on from here as far as im concerned. The covering will push this to nosebleed levels as i agree with the buy-in as being the most likely outcome. New ath and beyond is more than possible once dilution removed and a mine assured. The speed this happens will shock most. Majors will not let retail get in front of this pps. In private, if the core predictions from seismic matches the actual core they are surely assaying right now, the bids will be on the table this summer 5 about 5 hours ago
@ichor In the context of orogenic gold deposits, the grade refers to the concentration of gold within the deposit. Let’s break it down:
Good Grade:
An orogenic gold deposit is considered to have a good grade when its gold content is relatively high. Specifically:
Low-quality underground mines typically have a gold ore density of 1 to 4 grams per ton (g/t).
High-quality underground mines fall within the range of 8 to 10 g/t.
Therefore, any orogenic gold deposit with a gold content exceeding 34 g/t is considered to be of bonanza grade1.
Bonanza Grade:
Bonanza grade gold refers to deposits with exceptionally high gold concentrations. These deposits are characterized by gold content significantly above the average.
In practical terms, any orogenic gold deposit with a gold content exceeding 34 g/t qualifies as bonanza grade1.
Remember that these definitions are specific to orogenic gold deposits, and different types of gold deposits may have varying criteria for what constitutes good or bonanza grade
